With qualifications in Psychology and Business and over 20 years in Organisational Development, HR and Leadership across multiple industries, Sophie has coached over 100 leaders and is an accredited practitioner with the Australian Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
Sophie has coached CEO’s, Directors, HR Departments and teams and works comfortably with all employees and organisations.
Sophie is also an accredited practitioner in Leadership Styles Inventory (LSI), DISC Advanced, Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), MTQ48 and is an accredited Lifeline Counsellor.
