Emily Johnson is the Principal Psychologist and Co-Founder at My Mental Fitness. She effectively integrates Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Based Therapy, Mental Toughness and Resilience, Habit Forming, and Mindfulness to proactively guide individual clients and organisations through the beneficial process of developing preventive skills and practical knowledge, that enhance sustainable Mental Fitness.
Scott Johnson is a registered Teacher and Co-Founder at My Mental Fitness. He effectively designs the educational content and delivery for our Programs and Services, aimed at optimising our client’s learning experience. Scott is an active member of ICOMOS Australia and PESA (Positive Education Schools Association).
