MTQ48 is a relatively new and well validated approach which creates a great opportunity for you as a coach, HR practitioner or business leader to build your business with your existing and new clients. Alternatively, you may also wish to become a full time mental toughness practitioner focusing on building a sector or geographic expertise.
Our role is to help you build your coaching practice or business by providing you with the guidance, technical resources such as case studies and workshops, marketing support and qualified leads from parties interested in mental toughness and MTQ48. Our service is free and becoming MTQ48 accredited is inexpensive and straightforward.
You may be a business owner or CEO, a HR Manager/Director in an organisation, or a school or further education establishment, we can help you build a ‘Mental Toughness Centre of Excellence’ within your organisation to ensure you can develop and coach your workforce or students and staff to be mentally tougher and thereby be more productive, positive and engaged.
The MTQ48 is a very practical and useful tool. It helps my clients to understand why they tend to behave in particular ways in certain situations in a way that is accessible and easy to understand. It offers clients the opportunity both to work more effectively with where they currently sit on the Mental Toughness Scale and to increase their Mental Toughness if they choose. Most importantly, it challenges clients to apply their learning to make real change in their daily lives. As a coach I find the tool can be very helpful in stimulating useful conversations at both the individual and group level. The MTQ48 works very well as either a stand-alone tool or in combination with a number of coaching tools that I use in my practice.

Being a Mental Toughness Partner has enabled me to build my practice independently through the use of the MTQ48 measure and framework with my existing clients but also collaboratively through the new networking and workshop opportunities made available through the partnership. It’s an interesting and increasingly lucrative field.
