- Carrus Development Report: A full individual report delivering feedback on each of the sixteen scales. The feedback includes tailored development suggestions – hints and tips on how to develop each area – together with suggestions on what type of working environment would best suit the client.
- Career Management Guide: A supporting workbook to accompany the Development Report designed to help the candidate build an employability profile and prepare for career planning and management.
- Employability Profile
- Coaching Report: Provides a coach or mentor with a narrative report about the candidate together with coaching suggestions.
Carrus identifies the qualities candidates should develop and demonstrate which will in turn enhance their employability.
Carrus allows the individual to demonstrate to employers that they have actively taken responsibility of their personal career planning and development. Furthermore, Carrus is a great way to gain experience with a psychometric measure. This is essential as 70% of large businesses are now using psychometric tests for recruitment purposes.
