Matthew is a Member of the Association for Coaching, an MTQ48 Facilitator and Coach, a Certified Everything DiSC Trainer and was (between 2013-2016) the chief representative for Career Star Group in Asia, responsible for transition and coaching of mid-level to senior executives in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
Passionate about helping people realise and reach goals, Matthew is a specialist in developing mental toughness and represents The Mental Toughness Partners in South East Asia. By developing our resilience and ‘bounce backability’ Matthew believes we are better positioned to overcome and manage the challenges life throws at us.
