Jos is the Managing Director of BMS Recruitment Thailand Co Ltd. BMS Recruitment is a diverse practice that acts consultants in domestic and international human resources and development for European and US based multinational corporations such as Alcon, Duracell and Umicore from Boston to Bangkok. They are also involved in the recruitment and selection for managerial, sales and technical jobs in Thailand and in the SEA region and outplacement for C-level executives in retail, tourism, insurance and manufacturing.
Jos provides business coaching with a predominantly hands-on development perspective. He is a MBTI certified practitioner and coach and is accredited for use and interpretation of Mental Toughness and MTQ48.
