Kate Meyer is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency/Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) and has over 20 years’ experience as a military psychologist, working in both a civilian and a uniformed capacity. This includes service as a psychologist in the Australian Army Psychology Corps and the Royal Australian Navy Reserves. Kate has provided psychological support in various locations, including the Antarctic and onboard warships in the Middle East and Papua New Guinea, working with unique individuals such as Antarctic expeditioners, submariners, and clearance divers.
Kate draws upon her experience as a military psychologist to motivate others achieve their emotional well-being, personal growth and professional development goals. She is also passionate about helping people develop their Mental Toughness – the ability to deal with stress and challenges, regardless of the circumstances. Kate is an MTQ-Plus accredited Mental Toughness Practitioner and is available to provide individual coaching sessions and development workshops.
