Ruby is the Founder and Managing Partner of ProVeritas Group, a firm specialising in Executive Coaching and HR solutions. After a successful 27-year career as a senior executive in the pharmaceutical industry leading large scale transformational projects, she turned her focus to helping organisations find solutions to highly complex challenges. In 2009, Ruby founded ProVeritas Group, initially as a management consulting firm in strategy and business excellence.
Motivated to help clients make sense of the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) corporate landscape of the 21st Century, she transitioned ProVeritas Group in 2011 to become a premier Executive Coaching and HR consulting firm dedicated to developing leaders and organisations. Since then, Ruby has established a successful track record designing highly sophisticated coaching and consulting solutions derived from world-class methodologies in Coaching Psychology, Change Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Leadership Theory & Practice. More importantly, she has helped many leaders and organisations learn new capabilities, change, achieve and grow.
Ruby is a certified Hogan Assessments practitioner, a certified MTQ48 Mental Toughness practitioner, an Acceptance & Commitment Therapy practitioner and a certified Mental Health First Aider.
