Free information session – Melbourne CBD
Wednesday 15 March – 6pm to 7pm
Join experienced Mental Toughness Practitioner Paul Lyons for a glass of wine as he discusses mental toughness, MTQ48 and the 4 Cs framework, and how to build your coaching practice with this insightful, high quality, online psychometric tool.
The MTQ48 is used to assess Mental Toughness, defined as:
resilience: the ability to bounce back after setbacks and failures
and confidence: the ability to spot and seize opportunities.
MTQ48 measures an individual’s ability to perform under stress and pressure. The MTQ48 is an extremely effective tool when working with individuals and organisations to remove many of the common mind blocks that impair performance and wellbeing. It can be used across all sectors and positions and in change, leadership coaching, learning and development, hiring and career transition.
In this session Paul will cover the difference between Resilience and Mental Toughness as well as provide an understanding into the implication of Mental Toughness for performance, behaviour and wellbeing.
