Developing Life Skills Through Rowing
London Youth Rowing’s Breaking Barriers program uses MTQ48 and mental toughness to help children from deprived communities row on the Thames and whilst at the same time developing life skills.
This insightful case study from our colleagues at AQR is a good news story and surely one that we can replicate in Australia, perhaps through CSR programs and rowing clubs in the major cities. We are working with individuals and organisations in using MTQ48 and mental toughness programs in developing life skills and to build performance and wellbeing. These programmes can be extended across the sporting, education and community sectors.
If anyone is interested in talking further about how we can make this happen in Australia contact Mental Toughness Partners.
