MENTAL TOUGHNESS COACHING PACKAGE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
An experienced coach will help you build a framework to develop your mental toughness, resilience and confidence as a person. This package is complementary to the Test Your Mental Toughness Package.
This package includes:
- Four personal one-on-one sessions with an experienced mental toughness coach usually in the form of four 45min face-to-face or skype sessions over 2 months with the opportunity to purchase more sessions if required
- 52 page practical workbook
- Your coach will work with you to:
- understand the importance of Mental Toughness
- understand the four Cs of Mental Toughness
- understand stress, pressure and challenge
- understand yourself and what makes you tick
- positive thinking, goal setting and focus
- relaxation, breathing and visualisation exercises
- tips and ideas to help you be successful
- develop an action plan.
